I have the privilege of shooting Tom & Emily’s wedding in a couple of months but recently we did an engagement shoot in the Peak District. It was really difficult to choose my favourites from our shoot but I have managed to pick a few for you to see!
Because Tom and Emily enjoy a muddy walk in their wellies, we went out into the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, England. The Peak District is some of England’s most beautiful country side. What I love about the Peak District is it’s eerie, bleak atmosphere which is especially prevalent in the autumn and winter. It can feel dark and spooky, then the sun will come out and transform the landscape into a beautiful, vast expanse of greatness & colours! Some of the most beautiful skies and sunsets I have ever seen have been in the Peak district.
As a photographer, the quality I value most at any location is good light and the Peak District has plenty of that! Below are some of the images from the shoot, feel free to comment.
